At Empowered Wellness, we are committed to providing high-quality, compassionate life coaching services. Due to the personalized nature of our work, we maintain the following refund policy:

Coaching Sessions & Packages

​

All coaching sessions and packages are non-refundable once purchased. By booking a session or purchasing a package, you are committing to your personal growth journey and reserving dedicated time and energy.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

​

We understand that life happens. Clients may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited and will not be refunded.

Missed Appointments

​

If you miss a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered used and is not eligible for a refund or reschedule.

​

Satisfaction Commitment

​

Your experience matters. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please reach out within 7 days of your session. While refunds are not guaranteed, we will work with you in good faith to find a reasonable resolution.

Digital Products & Programs (if applicable)

​

All digital products, downloadable materials, and online programs are non-refundable due to immediate access upon purchase.

Exceptions

​

Refunds may be considered in rare and exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Empowered Wellness.
