About Me
Hi, my name is Brandon and I am the founder of Empowered Wellness, and my work is rooted in lived experience, compassion, and deep respect for the human journey.
I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Sciences, focusing on the human being and their personal connection with life. I have 12 + years of experience working with families and individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities working within different environments, home, community and school settings.
I didn’t come to wellness through perfection, I came through recovery, chronic pain, loss, self-doubt, and rebuilding my life from the inside out. I know what it’s like to feel disconnected from yourself, to carry emotional weight silently, and to wonder if lasting change is truly possible.
Through my own healing, I discovered that transformation doesn’t come from being “fixed,” but from reconnecting with who you are, taking aligned action, and learning how to make choices that support your well-being. That understanding now guides everything I do.
My healing didn’t happen overnight, and it didn’t happen because someone told me what to do. It happened because I learned to slow down, get honest with myself, take responsibility for my choices, and reconnect with who I truly am. Through recovery, mindfulness, spiritual exploration, and intentional action, I began to understand something powerful: we create our reality through the choices we make, the beliefs we hold, and the actions we’re willing to take, even when it’s uncomfortable.
I support individuals and families who are navigating life transitions, recovery, rediscovery, and personal growth. I meet people where they are — without judgment, pressure, or one-size-fits-all solutions. My approach is grounded, human, and empowering.
If you’re ready to feel more connected, confident, and supported as you move forward, you don’t have to do it alone.
Let’s find life together!
